Welcome
Feel safer and more confident in everyday life
If changes in your strength, balance, joint comfort or mobility are making everyday activities more difficult, you’re in the right place.
Here, you can find practical physiotherapy support to help you move with greater confidence and continue doing more of what matters to you.
Meet Aoife
Let’s build on what you can do.
I’m Aoife O’Driscoll, a Chartered Physiotherapist and a proud Limerick woman. Working with older adults showed me the need for more support in the community, so I started Strength & Balance classes close to home.
I believe in listening first and adapting movement to each person’s ability. That’s what I mean by celebrating what you can do.
Supporting the Whole Person
I believe that movement and wellbeing are closely connected. My approach considers more than a single injury or condition and looks at what will help you feel more confident in everyday life.
Physical
Supporting strength, balance, mobility and comfortable movement.
Mind
Building understanding and confidence so that movement feels less uncertain.
Spirit
Recognising the importance of connection, enjoyment and continuing to do what matters to you.
The three circles overlap because each area can influence the others. Supporting the whole person helps make movement more meaningful and achievable.
